Seven Lakes Homeowners Assoc., Inc. is self-managed by a homeowner elected Board of Governors, with an on-site General Manager and support staff. Members enjoy professional landscaping services with a strong 30-year reserve funding program.
The community provides breathtaking views over a Ted Robinson designed 18-hole executive golf course enhanced by mid-century modern architecture designed by Ric Harrison and William Cody. Amenities include a 24-hour attended-gate, an 18-hole par 58 golf course that is 2712 yards long, a club house complete with restaurant & bar facilities, 15 community heated swimming pools/spas, 11 BBQs areas, full sized tennis court, and shuffleboard. Seven Lakes CC is a very low-density community with over 30% percent of the area is “green space” and over 75% of the dwellings have golf course/green space views.
Resident members enjoy all the benefits of the Seven Lakes Golf and Country Club – no additional initiation fees or monthly dues. Non-resident memberships are available for the Seven Lakes Golf and CC and incur additional dues/fees.

SEVEN LAKES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
Built between 1964 and 1972, Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club is a private, mid-century modern, gated community of 341 homes. Situated on approximately 120 acres, Seven Lakes is in the southern section of Palm Springs in zip code 92264, close to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club Located just a few miles from downtown Palm Springs, surrounded by the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains.
Designed in 1963 by Ted Robinson, this Executive golf course is suited for all types of players, from a beginner to the most experienced golfer. The undulating greens over seeded with Poa Trivialis and Bent grass, provide a smooth roll and challenge the most experienced golfer.
With PGA professional Simon Letts and PGA assistant, you are able to book lessons, club fittings, and ask questions about the latest merchandise. The Golf Shop is equipped with the newest technology in clubs along with apparel for both men and women.
Your Seven Lakes golf membership offers a rewarding experience on one of the most picturesque Par 58 golf courses in Palm Springs. Unlike many clubs, our limited membership means you’ll rarely, if ever, have to wait for a tee time. You can enjoy a round of golf on your own or play in the many club-organized events. It is your choice. No matter how you choose to participate at Seven Lakes, you will be on the same course that PGA Hall of Fame Johnny Revolta lived and played, and where President Eisenhower shot his famous hole in one.
